I have been intrigued and inspired by the paintings my mom has created since
the late 1980’s, and had always wanted to learn to paint. In 2004, I was hired by
Brand-X and they produced silkscreen lithographs of contemporary New York artists work (Chuck Close, Alex Katz, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Leroy Neiman).
I trained as an apprentice under Studio Director Tom Little, and was taught to replicate the brush strokes of these modern masters. I became the Chromist, creating the separations and managing the printing of Leroy Neiman’s work.
