In the grand tradition of artists such as
Alfred Stieglitz, Paul Strand, and Henri Cartier-Bresson, Bryan Moore’s work rebels against digital manipulations proliferating the modern era. Striving to capture authentic moments, his images focus on beauty and space in their rawest form - through the unfiltered lens of a photography camera. From conception to completion, his work celebrates the lost art of photography.
Growing up in Europe, Asia, and the
United States, Bryan’s nomadic sensibilities
have propelled his street photography
career forward. He’s completed series
in both rare and often-photographed
locations including Japan, Cuba,
Turkmenistan, and New York City.
What sets Bryan’s work apart is not only
his eye, but an intangible connection
between himself and subjects. In each
photograph we not only see a story;
we feel it. This connection drives the
majority of his work as seen in
series such as Introuvable,
and The Last Days of Castro.
Galleries around the world have
hosted Bryan’s photography, including the
Centre Pomidou and various showrooms
in New York. Bryan’s additional
work includes helping to produce
limited-edition lithographs for
Chuck Close, Alex Katz, Leroy Neiman,
and the estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat.
He lives with his wife and son
in New York City where he works as an
Art Director for brands like Macy's, DKNY,
Ralph Lauren, Victoria Secret, Rocawear,
Pepsi, Phat Farm, and Judith Lieber.
